As in the beginning, the current state of the body is assessed again and a comparison is made with how it felt at the start. How is the body now perceived lying down and standing, and what do the movements feel like that were carried out in the beginning?
This important part of the session leads to the integration of new perceptions and possibilities of movement, to a greater awareness of one's self-perception and what this means for the way one uses the body.
It is only when we consciously perceive how we do something, how we stand, walk, etc. that change and improvement is possible. Then we can also acquire a diversity of movements for appropriately dealing with the manifold situations of life.
