Functional Integration

This part of the method takes place in individual work, tailored to one's particular needs and interests. Here it is the guidance of the practitioner's hands that enables the experience of one's own range of movement.
Habitual patterns which may interfere with coordination can thus be discovered and altered in a very gentle and supportive way. With various sequences and patterns of movement which address neurological or development-related functions, less flexible areas become reintegrated in the overall organisation of movement. Painful and strained areas are thus relieved, one's own suppleness can be experienced, modified and expanded.

"It is healthier to learn than to be a patient or even be cured. Live is a process not a thing." M.F.
